Witam (hello in polish) and welcome back to another article about cultural breakfast! This time we are having a breakfast from Poland, śniadanie(breakfast). Bialys are a lot like bagels but lack the hole in the center or a torus shape but otherwise identical.

Racuchy z Jablkami (Polish Apple Pancakes) which are a treat at any time of day followed up by Polish Poppy Seed Rolls.

Sweet Polish Cherry Cake is a delicious way to finish off the breakfast.
